Georgia High School Basketball - Johnson trounces Liberty County

February 7, 2023: Hinesville, GA 31313

The Johnson Atomsmashers (Savannah, GA) basketball crushed the host Liberty County Panthers (Hinesville, GA), 64-39 in Tuesday's league test.

The Atomsmashers (20-4) will now prepare for their test against Groves (Garden City, GA). The Rebels go into the AAA Region 3 test with a 14-10 record. In their last test, Groves walloped Savannah Christian (Savannah, GA), 55-37, in a league test.

The Panthers now own a 4-15 record. They play next when they travel to Long County for a AAA Region 3 test on Friday, February 10. Liberty County will encounter a Blue Tide squad coming off a 64-58 league win over Beach (Savannah, GA). The Blue Tide record now stands at 14-10.
