West Virginia High School Basketball - Liberty knocked off by Wyoming East

The Wyoming East Warriors basketball team scored 79 points and held the visiting Liberty Raiders to 59 in the Warriors league triumph on Tuesday.
The Warriors now sport a 12-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Mercer Christian Academy for a non-league contest on Thursday, February 9. Wyoming East will battle a Cavaliers team coming off a 68-56 league loss to Victory Baptist Academy (Beaver, WV). The Cavaliers record now stands at 16-6.
The Raiders (8-7) will now prepare for their contest against Lincoln County (Hamlin, WV). The Panthers enter the non-league contest with a 6-9 record. In their last contest, Lincoln County ran past Lewis County (Weston, WV), 50-48, in a non-league contest.
