The Zion-Benton Zee-Bees basketball team (Zion, IL), was overwhelmed 61-31 in Tuesday's league battle with the visiting Libertyville Wildcats (Libertyville, IL)
The Wildcats now possess a 22-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Stevenson for a North Suburban battle on Friday, February 10. Libertyville will confront a Patriots team coming off a 55-31 league win over Waukegan (Waukegan, IL). The Patriots record now stands at 20-5.
The Zee-Bees (0-22) will now prepare for their battle against Warren Township (Gurnee, IL). The Blue Devils come into the North Suburban battle with a 15-14 record. In their last battle, Warren Township was overwhelmed by Lake Forest (Lake Forest, IL), 34-30, in a league battle.
