The Lisbon Broncos basketball team (Lisbon, ND), was nudged 43-42 in Tuesday's league battle with the host Northern Cass Jaguars (Hunter, ND)
The Jaguars now possess a 5-9 record. They put it on the line next when they host Cavalier for a non-league battle on Saturday, February 11. Northern Cass will confront a Tornadoes team coming off a 57-37 league loss to Mayville-Portland-Clifford-Galesburg (Mayville, ND). The Tornadoes record now stands at 5-11.
The Broncos (6-9) will now prepare for their battle against Maple Valley (Tower City, ND). The Raiders come into the B Region 1 battle with a 2-9 record. In their last battle, Maple Valley edged Oak Grove Lutheran (Fargo, ND), 53-49, in a league battle.
