Orofino Maniacs (Orofino, ID) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Logos (Moscow, ID), 56-41 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Orofino upgrades its record to 10-6 on the season. The Maniacs host St. Maries (St. Maries, ID) to clash with the Lumberjacks in a 2A Central Idaho bout on Friday, February 10. The Lumberjacks go into the bout with a record of 11-5. St. Maries won 41-37 in their recent league bout against Priest River (Priest River, ID)

Next up, the clash with the Prairie Pirates (Cottonwood, ID) in a 1A White Pine bout, on Friday, February 10. Logos will attempt to upgrade on its 6-12 season record. The Pirates go into the bout with a 5-14 record after their 47-37 non-league loss to Grangeville (Grangeville, ID).
