Madison Trojans (Adrian, MI) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Summerfield Bulldogs (Petersburg, MI), 62-45 in a league bout.

With the win, Madison upgrades its record to 9-6 on the season. The Trojans host Morenci (Morenci, MI) to play the Bulldogs in a Tri-County bout on Friday, February 10. The Bulldogs go into the bout with a record of 4-12.

Next up, the Bulldogs play the Sand Creek Aggies (Sand Creek, MI) in a non-league bout, on Friday, February 10. Summerfield will attempt to upgrade on its 7-9 season record. The Aggies go into the bout with a 0-17 record after their 46-39 non-league loss to Whiteford (Ottawa Lake, MI).
