New Mexico High School Basketball - Monte Del Sol Charter trounces Native American Community Academy

The Monte Del Sol Charter Dragons (Santa Fe, NM) basketball crushed the visiting Native American Community Academy Eagles (Albuquerque, NM), 64-29 in Tuesday's league test.

The Dragons (12-11) will now prepare for their test against Academy for Technology and The Classics (Santa Fe, NM). The go into the 2A District 2 test with a 17-6 record. In their last test, Academy for Technology and The Classics was trounced by Menaul (Albuquerque, NM), 53-43, in a league test.

The Eagles now own a 2-17 record. They play next when they travel to Estancia for a 2A District 2 test on Thursday, February 9. Native American Community Academy will encounter a Bears squad coming off a 2-0 league win over Tierra Encantada (Santa Fe, NM). The Bears record now stands at 8-13.
