The Rosebud-Lott Cougars (Rosebud, TX) basketball crushed the visiting Moody Bearcats (Moody, TX), 69-45 in Tuesday's league test.

The Cougars (24-6) will now prepare for their test against Bruceville-Eddy (Eddy, TX). The Eagles go into the 2A Region III District 17 test with a 4-21 record. In their last test, Bruceville-Eddy was trounced by Crawford (Crawford, TX), 69-26, in a league test.

The Bearcats now own a 13-11 record. They play next when they travel to Bosqueville for a 2A Region III District 17 test on Friday, February 10. Moody will clash with a Bulldogs squad coming off a 48-39 league loss to Rosebud-Lott (Rosebud, TX). The Bulldogs record now stands at 22-10.
