Sabetha Bluejays (Sabetha, KS) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the host Nemaha Central Thunder (Seneca, KS), 57-36 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Sabetha upgrades its record to 16-0 on the campaign. The Bluejays host Jefferson West (Meriden, KS) to play the Tigers in a non-league bout on Friday, February 10. The Tigers come into the bout with a record of 6-10. Jefferson West lost 52-29 in their recent non-league bout against Holton (Holton, KS)

Next up, the Thunder play the Perry-Lecompton Kaws (Perry, KS) in a non-league bout, on Friday, February 10. Nemaha Central will attempt to upgrade on its 7-9 season record. The Kaws come into the bout with a 13-3 record after their 60-57 non-league win over Royal Valley (Hoyt, KS).
