The South Fayette Lions basketball team scored 48 points and held the visiting North Hills Indians to 45 in the Lions league triumph on Tuesday.

The Lions now sport a 11-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to West Allegheny for a WPIAL 5A 4 contest on Friday, February 10. South Fayette will meet a Indians team coming off a 54-45 league loss to Moon Area (Moon Township, PA). The Indians record now stands at 8-12.

The Indians (16-5) will now prepare for their contest against Chartiers Valley (Bridgeville, PA). The Colts enter the WPIAL 5A 4 contest with a 15-6 record. In their last contest, Chartiers Valley was nudged by Mars (Mars, PA), 79-77, in a league bout.
