In Tuesday's league outing, the West Craven Eagles (Vanceboro, NC) basketball squad beat the visiting North Pitt Panthers (Bethel, NC), by a count of 68-57.
The Eagles (7-13) will now prepare for their outing against SouthWest Edgecombe (Pinetops, NC). The Cougars go into the 2A Conference 4 outing with a 6-14 record. In their last outing, SouthWest Edgecombe was topped by Washington (Washington, NC), 68-56, in a league outing.
