Severance Silver Knights (Severance, CO) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Northridge Grizzlies (Greeley, CO), 75-47 in a league bout.

With the win, Severance upgrades its record to 16-4 on the season. The Silver Knights host Thompson Valley (Loveland, CO) to play the Eagles in a 5A/4A Longs Peak bout on Thursday, February 9. The Eagles go into the bout with a record of 13-7. Thompson Valley won 100-53 in their recent league bout against Skyline (Longmont, CO)

Next up, the Grizzlies play the Roosevelt Roughriders (Johnstown, CO) in a 5A/4A Longs Peak bout, on Thursday, February 9. Northridge will attempt to upgrade on its 6-13 season record. The Roughriders go into the bout with a 5-15 record after their 72-62 league win over Fort Morgan (Fort Morgan, CO).
