The Oak Ridge War Eagles basketball team (Conroe, TX), was overwhelmed 69-43 in Tuesday's league battle with the visiting Willis Wildkats (Willis, TX)

The Wildkats now possess a 15-18 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Grand Oaks for a 6A Region II District 13 battle on Friday, February 10. Willis will confront a Grizzlies team coming off a 72-56 league win over Cleveland (Cleveland, TX). The Grizzlies record now stands at 26-9.

The War Eagles (6-23) will now prepare for their battle against New Caney (New Caney, TX). The Eagles come into the 6A Region II District 13 battle with a 12-20 record. In their last battle, New Caney trounced Caney Creek (Conroe, TX), 58-42, in a league battle.
