Tennessee High School Basketball - Pigeon Forge can't hold off Seymour

The Seymour Eagles basketball team scored 69 points and held the visiting Pigeon Forge Tigers to 66 in the Eagles non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The Eagles now sport a 3-22 record. They put it on the line next when they host Heritage for a non-league contest on Thursday, February 9. Seymour will battle a Mountaineers team coming off a 58-42 league loss to Bearden (Knoxville, TN). The Mountaineers record now stands at 11-16.
The Tigers (7-13) will now prepare for their contest against Jefferson County (Dandridge, TN). The Patriots enter the non-league contest with a 12-13 record. In their last contest, Jefferson County nudged South-Doyle (Knoxville, TN), 61-60, in a non-league contest.
