Skyline Eagles (Ann Arbor, MI) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Pioneer Pioneers (Ann Arbor, MI), 47-35 in a league bout.

With the win, Skyline upgrades its record to 9-5 on the season. The Eagles host Huron (Ann Arbor, MI) to play the River Rats in a Southeastern - Red bout on Thursday, February 9. The River Rats go into the bout with a record of 15-1. Huron won 49-40 in their recent league bout against Bedford (Temperance, MI)

Next up, the Pioneers play the Dexter Dreadnaughts (Dexter, MI) in a Southeastern - Red bout, on Friday, February 10. Pioneer will attempt to upgrade on its 7-8 season record. The Dreadnaughts go into the bout with a 3-12 record after their 49-47 league loss to Lincoln (Ypsilanti, MI).
