New York High School Basketball - St. Edmund Prep thwarts Salesian

The St. Edmund Prep Eagles (Brooklyn, NY) basketball knocked off the host Salesian Eagles (New Rochelle, NY), 65-55 in Tuesday's league test.
The Eagles (14-4) will now prepare for their test against LaSalle Academy (New York, NY). The Cardinals go into the Catholic A test with a 1-12 record. In their last test, LaSalle Academy went down by Fordham Prep (Bronx, NY), 69-46, in a league test.
The Eagles now own a 9-13 record. They play next when they host Monsignor McClancy for a Catholic A test on Friday, February 10. Salesian will encounter a Crusaders squad coming off a 70-69 league loss to Fordham Prep (Bronx, NY). The Crusaders record now stands at 3-11.
