New Jersey High School Basketball - West Morris Central can't hold off Sparta

The Sparta Spartans basketball team scored 57 points and held the host West Morris Central Wolfpack to 56 in the Spartans non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The Spartans now sport a 11-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Pope John XXIII for a Northwest Jersey - National contest on Thursday, February 9. Sparta will battle a team coming off a 46-43 non-league loss to Morristown (Morristown, NJ). The record now stands at 2-15.
The Wolfpack (16-3) will now prepare for their contest against Delbarton (Morristown, NJ). The Green Wave enter the Northwest Jersey - American contest with a 15-4 record. In their last contest, Delbarton nudged West Morris Mendham (Mendham, NJ), 59-47, in a league contest.
