The West Mesa Mustangs basketball team (Albuquerque, NM), dropped 66-48 in Tuesday's non-league battle with the host Farmington Scorpions (Farmington, NM)
The Scorpions now possess a 20-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Eldorado for a non-league battle on Saturday, February 11. Farmington will battle a Golden Eagles team coming off a 67-48 non-league loss to Sandia (Albuquerque, NM). The Golden Eagles record now stands at 11-6.
The Mustangs (11-6) will now prepare for their battle against Piedra Vista (Farmington, NM). The Panthers come into the non-league battle with a 14-7 record. In their last battle, Piedra Vista prevailed over La Cueva (Albuquerque, NM), 39-37, in a non-league battle.
