Connecticut High School Basketball - Academy of Aerospace and Engineering overwhelmed by Weaver

The Weaver Beavers basketball team scored 53 points and restricted the host Academy of Aerospace and Engineering Jets to 13 in the Beavers non-league victory on Tuesday.
The Beavers now sport a 9-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Hartford Public for a non-league contest on Thursday, February 9.
The Jets (2-10) will now prepare for their contest against Hartford Magnet Trinity College Academy (Hartford, CT). The Phoenix come into the Capitol Region contest with a 3-13 record. In their last contest, Hartford Magnet Trinity College Academy was routed by CREC [Civic Leaderdship/Academy of Aerospace and Engineering/Metropolitan Learning Center] (Enfield, CT), 64-26, in a league contest.
