Michigan High School Basketball - Athens knocked off by Seaholm

The Seaholm Maples basketball team scored 50 points and held the visiting Athens Red Hawks to 34 in the Maples league triumph on Tuesday.
The Maples now sport a 5-11 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to North Farmington for a Freelance contest on Friday, February 10. Seaholm will play a Raiders squad coming off a 42-39 league win over Royal Oak (Royal Oak, MI). The Raiders record now stands at 17-0.
Next up, the Red Hawks play the Berkley Bears (Berkley, MI) in a Oakland - Blue bout, on Friday, February 10. Athens will attempt to upgrade on its 7-10 season record. The Bears go into the bout with a 7-8 record after their 39-27 league loss to Oxford (Oxford, MI).
