The Atkinson County Rebels basketball team (Pearson, GA), was toppled 59-45 in Tuesday's league battle with the visiting Charlton County Indians (Folkston, GA)
The Indians now possess a 12-12 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Echols County for a A D2 Region 2 battle on Friday, February 10. Charlton County will confront a Wildcats team coming off a 49-33 league win over Lanier County (Lakeland, GA). The Wildcats record now stands at 5-16.
The Rebels (4-20) will now prepare for their battle against Turner County (Ashburn, GA). The Titans come into the A D2 Region 2 battle with a 19-3 record.
