Bay City Western Warriors (Auburn, MI) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Central Wolves (Bay City, MI), 45-29 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Bay City Western upgrades its record to 15-3 on the season. The Warriors host Powers Catholic (Flint, MI) to clash with the Chargers in a non-league bout on Friday, February 10. The Chargers go into the bout with a record of 13-5. Powers Catholic lost 55-25 in their recent league bout against Grand Blanc (Grand Blanc, MI)

Next up, the Wolves clash with the Davison Cardinals (Davison, MI) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, February 10. Central will attempt to improve on its 1-17 season record. The Cardinals come into the challenge with a 5-11 record after their 46-38 non-league win over Midland (Midland, MI).
