Utah High School Basketball - Bingham thwarted by Mountain Ridge

The Bingham Miners basketball team (South Jordan, UT), was toppled 57-47 in Tuesday's league battle with the host Mountain Ridge Sentinels (Herriman, UT)

The Sentinels now possess a 15-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Herriman for a 6A Region 3 battle on Thursday, February 9. Mountain Ridge will confront a Mustangs team coming off a 53-52 league win over Copper Hills (West Jordan, UT). The Mustangs record now stands at 16-3.

The Miners (7-12) will now prepare for their battle against West Jordan (West Jordan, UT). The Jaguars come into the 6A Region 3 battle with a 10-11 record. In their last battle, West Jordan beat Riverton (Riverton, UT), 52-44, in a league battle.
