Riverside Panthers (Decaturville, TN) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting Bolivar Central Tigers (Bolivar, TN), 54-47 in a league bout.

With the win, Riverside upgrades its record to 18-2 on the season. The Panthers host Hughes (Clifton, TN) to play the Lions in a non-league bout on Thursday, February 9. The Lions go into the bout with a record of 1-13. Hughes lost 45-39 in their recent non-league bout against Hampshire (Hampshire, TN)

Next up, the Tigers play the Scotts Hill Lions (Reagan, TN) in a 2A District 13 bout, on Friday, February 10. Bolivar Central will attempt to upgrade on its 9-12 season record.
