Fans at Tuesday's league challenge between the North Polk Comets (Alleman, IA) and the host Bondurant-Farrar Bluejays (Bondurant, IA), saw North Polk's basketball squad overcome Bondurant-Farrar by a tally of 64-49.

With the victory, North Polk improves its record to 17-1 on the campaign. The Comets travel to Boone (Boone, IA) to confront the Toreadors in a Raccoon River challenge on Friday, February 10. The Toreadors come into the challenge with a record of 5-13. Boone lost 46-35 in their recent league challenge against Gilbert (Gilbert, IA)

Next up, the Bluejays confront the Knoxville Panthers (Knoxville, IA) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, February 9. Bondurant-Farrar will attempt to improve on its 10-9 season record. The Panthers come into the challenge with a 14-7 record after their 62-42 non-league win over Fairfield (Fairfield, IA).
