Maine High School Basketball - Thornton Academy trounces Bonny Eagle

The Thornton Academy Trojans (Saco, ME) basketball crushed the visiting Bonny Eagle Scots (Standish, ME), 67-37 in Tuesday's league test.
The Trojans (17-1) will now prepare for their test against Sanford (Sanford, ME). The Spartans go into the AA South test with a 11-5 record. In their last test, Sanford walloped Marshwood (South Berwick, ME), 60-52, in a non-league test.
The Scots now own a 7-10 record. They play next when they host Massabesic for a AA South test on Thursday, February 9.
