In Tuesday's league outing, the Canby Cougars (Canby, OR) basketball squad overwhelmed the visiting Parkrose Broncos (Portland, OR), by a margin of 73-18.

The Cougars (14-4) will now prepare for their outing against McNary (Keizer, OR). The Celtics go into the non-league outing with a 13-6 record. In their last outing, McNary was trounced by West Salem (Salem, OR), 68-63, in a league outing.

The Broncos now own a 0-11 record. They play next when they travel to Putnam for a 5A Northwest Oregon outing on Thursday, February 9. Parkrose will encounter a Kingsmen squad coming off a 55-36 league win over Hillsboro (Hillsboro, OR). The Kingsmen record now stands at 11-4.
