The Sleepy Eye Indians (Sleepy Eye, MN) basketball felled the visiting Cedar Mountain Cougars (Morgan, MN), 81-61 in Tuesday's league test.
The Indians (15-6) will now prepare for their test against Red Rock Central (Lamberton, MN). The Falcons go into the non-league test with a 3-17 record. In their last test, Red Rock Central thwarted Murray County Central (Slayton, MN), 39-37, in a league test.
The Cougars now own a 4-9 record. They play next when they host New Ulm Cathedral for a A Section 2 test on Thursday, February 9. Cedar Mountain will encounter a Greyhounds squad coming off a 48-42 league win over Springfield (Springfield, MN). The Greyhounds record now stands at 5-13.
