The Chazy Eagles basketball team scored 40 points and restricted the visiting Willsboro Central Warriors to 30 in the Eagles league victory on Tuesday.

The Eagles now sport a 8-7 record. They put it on the line next when they host Seton Catholic Central for a Section 7 Mountain and Valley II contest on Wednesday, February 8. Chazy will battle a Knights team coming off a 39-18 league win over Lake Placid (Lake Placid, NY). The Knights record now stands at 10-6.

The Warriors (6-9) will now prepare for their contest against Schroon Lake (Schroon Lake, NY). The Wildcats come into the Section 7 Mountain and Valley II contest with a 9-6 record. In their last contest, Schroon Lake dropped by Moriah (Port Henry, NY), 53-52, in a non-league contest.
