The Clayton Bears basketball team scored 59 points and held the host Lake Holcombe Chieftains to 32 in the Bears league triumph on Tuesday.

The Bears now sport a 10-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Winter for a Lakeland - East contest on Friday, February 10. Clayton will meet a Warriors team coming off a 67-43 league win over Bruce (Bruce, WI). The Warriors record now stands at 8-8.

The Chieftains (10-5) will now prepare for their contest against Cornell (Cornell, WI). The Chiefs enter the Lakeland - East contest with a 7-14 record. In their last contest, Cornell was routed by Prairie Farm (Prairie Farm, WI), 70-33, in a league contest.
