The Coronado Leopards basketball team (Gallina, NM), was routed 61-26 in Tuesday's league battle with the visiting Jemez Valley Warriors (Jemez Pueblo, NM)
The Warriors now sport a 15-8 record. They put it on the line next when they host Evangel Christian Academy/Oak Grove Classical Academy for a A District 7 battle on Saturday, February 11. Jemez Valley will battle a Eagle team coming off a 51-13 league win over Chesterton Academy (Albuquerque, NM). The Eagle record now stands at 16-3.
The Leopards (4-13) will now prepare for their battle against Chesterton Academy (Albuquerque, NM). The Saints come into the A District 7 battle with a 2-10 record. In their last battle, Chesterton Academy was routed by Evangel Christian Academy/Oak Grove Classical Academy (Albuquerque, NM), 51-13, in a league battle.
