The Stevenson Spartans basketball team scored 37 points and restricted the visiting Dearborn Pioneers to 36 in the Spartans league victory on Tuesday.

The Spartans now sport a 7-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Churchill for a Kensington Lakes - East contest on Friday, February 10.

The Pioneers (10-7) will now prepare for their contest against Edsel Ford (Dearborn, MI). The Thunderbirds come into the non-league contest with a 4-12 record. In their last contest, Edsel Ford was nudged by Trenton (Trenton, MI), 58-30, in a league contest.
