Pecatonica Indians (Pecatonica, IL) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Durand Bulldogs (Durand, IL), 45-4 in a league bout.

With the win, Pecatonica upgrades its record to 20-9 on the season. The Indians travel to Orangeville (Orangeville, IL) to play the Broncos in a Northwest Upstate Illini - North bout on Thursday, February 9. The Broncos go into the bout with a record of 24-4. Orangeville won 51-23 in their recent league bout against Pearl City (Pearl City, IL)

Next up, the Bulldogs play the Dakota Indians (Dakota, IL) in a Northwest Upstate Illini - North bout, on Thursday, February 9. Durand will attempt to upgrade on its 0-23 season record. The Indians go into the bout with a 5-24 record after their 40-22 league loss to Aquin Catholic (Freeport, IL).
