In Tuesday's league outing, the Tatum Coyotes (Tatum, NM) basketball squad beat the visiting Eunice Cardinals (Eunice, NM), by a margin of 48-39.
The Coyotes (16-6) will now prepare for their outing against Jal (Jal, NM). The Panthers go into the 2A District 4 outing with a 9-14 record. In their last outing, Jal was beaten by Loving (Loving, NM), 58-40, in a league outing.
The Cardinals now own a 10-10 record. They play next when they host Hagerman for a 2A District 4 outing on Friday, February 10. Eunice will clash with a Bobcats squad coming off a 61-50 non-league win over Cloudcroft (Cloudcroft, NM). The Bobcats record now stands at 5-15.
