Fans at Tuesday's league challenge between the Grayson Rams (Loganville, GA) and the host South Gwinnett Comets (Snellville, GA), saw Grayson's basketball squad hold off South Gwinnett by a tally of 46-39.

With the victory, Grayson improves its record to 17-7 on the campaign. The Rams host Newton (Covington, GA) to confront the Rams in a AAAAAAA Region 4 challenge on Friday, February 10. The Rams come into the challenge with a record of 3-20. Newton lost 39-29 in their recent league challenge against Parkview (Lilburn, GA)

Next up, the Comets confront the Archer Tigers (Lawrenceville, GA) in a AAAAAAA Region 4 challenge, on Thursday, February 9. South Gwinnett will attempt to improve on its 9-12 season record. The Tigers come into the challenge with a 16-5 record after their 65-53 league loss to Brookwood (Snellville, GA).
