The Greendale Panthers basketball team (Greendale, WI), was overwhelmed 68-29 in Tuesday's league battle with the visiting Pius XI Catholic Popes (Milwaukee, WI)

The Popes now possess a 19-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to New Berlin Eisenhower for a Woodland - West battle on Thursday, February 9. Pius XI Catholic will confront a Lions team coming off a 76-37 league win over West Allis Central (West Allis, WI). The Lions record now stands at 12-9.

The Panthers (10-12) will now prepare for their battle against Wisconsin Lutheran (Milwaukee, WI). The Vikings come into the Woodland - West battle with a 13-9 record. In their last battle, Wisconsin Lutheran was overwhelmed by New Berlin West (New Berlin, WI), 80-66, in a league battle.
