In Tuesday's league outing, the High Point Christian Academy Cougars (High Point, NC) basketball squad overwhelmed the visiting Westchester Country Day Wildcats (High Point, NC), by a count of 51-8.
The Cougars (17-8) will now prepare for their outing against Forsyth Country Day (Lewisville, NC). The Furies go into the NCISAA Triad outing with a 14-9 record. In their last outing, Forsyth Country Day smashed Carlisle (Axton, VA), 70-43, in a non-league outing.
The Wildcats now hold a 5-10 record. They play next when they host Caldwell Academy for a NCISAA Triad outing on Friday, February 10. Westchester Country Day will clash with a squad coming off a 55-32 league loss to Greensboro Day School (Greensboro, NC). The record now stands at 8-8.
