The North Gaston Wildcats basketball team (Dallas, NC), was overwhelmed 60-20 in Tuesday's league battle with the visiting Huss Huskies (Gastonia, NC)
The Huskies now possess a 16-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Ashbrook for a 3A Conference 50 battle on Friday, February 10. Huss will battle a Greenwave team coming off a 45-34 league win over South Point (Belmont, NC). The Greenwave record now stands at 15-8.
The Wildcats (1-22) will now prepare for their battle against South Point (Belmont, NC). The Red Raiders come into the 3A Conference 50 battle with a 12-11 record. In their last battle, South Point was overwhelmed by Ashbrook (Gastonia, NC), 45-34, in a league battle.
