Colorado High School Basketball - Prospect Ridge Academy can't hold off Jefferson Academy

February 7, 2023: Broomfield, CO 80023

The Jefferson Academy Jaguars basketball team scored 39 points and held the host Prospect Ridge Academy Miners to 35 in the Jaguars league triumph on Tuesday.

The Jaguars now sport a 12-7 record. They put it on the line next when they host The Academy for a 4A/3A Metropolitan contest on Thursday, February 9. Jefferson Academy will battle a Wildcats team coming off a 49-34 league win over Manual (Denver, CO). The Wildcats record now stands at 7-13.

The Miners (4-11) will now prepare for their contest against Faith Christian (Arvada, CO). The Eagles enter the 4A/3A Metropolitan contest with a 7-9 record. In their last contest, Faith Christian nudged Eagle Ridge Academy (Brighton, CO), 50-35, in a league contest.
