Jefferson Saints (Edgewater, CO) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Platte Canyon Huskies (Bailey, CO), 31-15 in a league bout.

With the win, Jefferson upgrades its record to 9-8 on the season. The Saints travel to Middle Park (Granby, CO) to clash with the Panthers in a 4A Frontier bout on Thursday, February 9. The Panthers go into the bout with a record of 9-11. Middle Park won 46-36 in their recent league bout against Lake County (Leadville, CO)

Next up, the Huskies clash with the Englewood Pirates (Englewood, CO) in a 4A Frontier bout, on Thursday, February 9. Platte Canyon will attempt to upgrade on its 8-7 season record. The Pirates go into the bout with a 14-6 record after their 51-48 league win over Arvada (Arvada, CO).
