The Oostburg Flying Dutchmen (Oostburg, WI) basketball crushed the visiting Laconia Spartans (Rosendale, WI), 79-30 in Tuesday's non-league test.
The Flying Dutchmen (21-2) will now prepare for their test against Elkhart Lake-Glenbeulah (Elkhart Lake, WI). The Resorters go into the non-league test with a 8-10 record. In their last test, Elkhart Lake-Glenbeulah was trounced by St. Mary Catholic (Neenah, WI), 61-35, in a league test.
The Spartans now own a 19-4 record. They play next when they travel to Mayville for a Flyway test on Thursday, February 9. Laconia will encounter a Cardinals squad coming off a 33-28 league win over Campbellsport (Campbellsport, WI). The Cardinals record now stands at 3-17.
