The Shepaug Valley Spartans basketball team (Washington, CT), was nudged 39-38 in Tuesday's league battle with the visiting Wamogo Warriors (Litchfield, CT)

The Warriors now possess a 9-9 record. They put it on the line next when they host Litchfield for a Berkshire battle on Friday, February 10. Wamogo will confront a Cowboys team coming off a 51-33 league loss to Gilbert (Winsted, CT). The Cowboys record now stands at 0-15.

The Spartans (7-10) will now prepare for their battle against Nonnewaug (Woodbury, CT). The Chiefs come into the Berkshire battle with a 11-6 record. In their last battle, Nonnewaug was nudged by Thomaston (Thomaston, CT), 41-35, in a league battle.
