The Monticello Billies basketball team (Monticello, AR), was routed 50-16 in Tuesday's league battle with the host Watson Chapel Wildcats (Pine Bluff, AR)

The Wildcats now sport a 12-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Star City for a 4A Region 8 battle on Friday, February 10. Watson Chapel will battle a Bulldogs team coming off a 55-11 league win over Warren (Warren, AR). The Bulldogs record now stands at 17-1.

The Billies (0-12) will now prepare for their battle against Crossett (Crossett, AR). The Eagles come into the 4A Region 8 battle with a 1-11 record. In their last battle, Crossett was routed by Mills University Studies (Little Rock, AR), 55-42, in a league battle.
