The Mosinee Indians basketball team scored 72 points and restricted the visiting Northland Pines Eagles to 35 in the Indians league victory on Tuesday.
The Indians now sport a 12-9 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Freedom for a non-league contest on Monday, February 13. Mosinee will battle a Irish team coming off a 72-45 league win over Marinette (Marinette, WI). The Irish record now stands at 21-1.
The Eagles (1-14) will now prepare for their contest against Medford (Medford, WI). The Raiders come into the Great Northern contest with a 5-15 record. In their last contest, Medford was routed by Rhinelander (Rhinelander, WI), 63-52, in a league contest.
