Southridge Skyhawks (Beaverton, OR) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host Westview Wildcats (Portland, OR), 50-47 in a league bout.

With the win, Southridge upgrades its record to 13-8 on the season. The Skyhawks travel to Beaverton (Beaverton, OR) to play the Beavers in a 6A Metro bout on Friday, February 10. The Beavers go into the bout with a record of 13-7. Beaverton won 58-28 in their recent league bout against Mountainside (Beaverton, OR)

Next up, the Wildcats play the Aloha Warriors (Beaverton, OR) in a 6A Metro bout, on Friday, February 10. Westview will attempt to upgrade on its 7-11 season record. The Warriors go into the bout with a 4-15 record after their 56-19 league loss to Sunset (Portland, OR).
