Alhambra Bulldogs (Martinez, CA) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host Campolindo Cougars (Moraga, CA), 42-40 in a league bout.

With the win, Alhambra upgrades its record to 5-13 on the season. The Bulldogs host Las Lomas (Walnut Creek, CA) to clash with the Knights in a bout on Thursday, February 9. The Knights go into the bout with a record of 14-9. Las Lomas lost 67-25 in their recent league bout against Clayton Valley Charter (Concord, CA)

Next up, the Cougars clash with the Acalanes Dons (Lafayette, CA) in a bout, on Saturday, February 11. Campolindo will attempt to upgrade on its 5-17 season record. The Dons go into the bout with a 2-18 record after their 31-26 league loss to Miramonte (Orinda, CA).
