North Carolina High School Basketball - Athens Drive overwhelmed by Cardinal Gibbons

The Cardinal Gibbons Crusaders basketball team scored 59 points and restricted the host Athens Drive Jaguars to 10 in the Crusaders non-league victory on Tuesday.
The Crusaders now sport a 17-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Orange for a non-league contest on Thursday, February 9. Cardinal Gibbons will battle a Panthers team coming off a 54-31 non-league win over Northwood (Pittsboro, NC). The Panthers record now stands at 13-5.
The Jaguars (0-16) will now prepare for their contest against Broughton (Raleigh, NC). The Capitals come into the non-league contest with a 8-8 record. In their last contest, Broughton was routed by Cardinal Gibbons (Raleigh, NC), 61-16, in a non-league contest.
