The Espanola Valley Sundevils ran past the visiting Moriarty Pintos basketball team by a final score of 53-41 in Tuesday's non-league game.
In their next game, the Sundevils face the Los Alamos Hilltoppers (Los Alamos, NM) in a non-league game, on Friday, February 10. Espanola Valley will attempt to move on its 11-3 season record. The Hilltoppers enter the game with a 8-5 record after their 33-31 non-league win over Hope Christian (Albuquerque, NM).
With the defeat, Moriarty moves to 3-7 on the year. The Pintos host Taos (Taos, NM) to confront the Tigers in a non-league battle on Friday, February 10. The Tigers come into the battle with a record of 4-11. Taos lost 26-22 in their recent non-league battle against Pojoaque Valley (Pojoaque, NM)
