The Hobbs Eagles (Hobbs, NM) basketball crushed the visiting Roswell Coyotes (Roswell, NM), 61-34 in Tuesday's non-league test.
The Eagles (4-3) will now prepare for their test against Clovis (Clovis, NM). The Wildcats go into the non-league test with a 17-2 record. In their last test, Clovis walloped Carlsbad (Carlsbad, NM), 47-21, in a non-league test.
The Coyotes now own a 11-6 record. They play next when they travel to Carlsbad for a non-league test on Friday, February 10. Roswell will encounter a Cavemen squad coming off a 47-21 non-league loss to Clovis (Clovis, NM). The Cavemen record now stands at 2-7.
