Morse Tigers (San Diego, CA) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Point Loma Pointers (San Diego, CA), 43-27 in a league bout.

With the win, Morse upgrades its record to 18-2 on the season. The Tigers travel to Mira Mesa (San Diego, CA) to play the Marauders in a bout on Wednesday, February 8. The Marauders go into the bout with a record of 5-16. Mira Mesa lost 44-19 in their recent league bout against San Diego (San Diego, CA)

Next up, the Pointers play the Canyon Hills Rattlers (San Diego, CA) in a bout, on Friday, February 10. Point Loma will attempt to upgrade on its 2-5 season record. The Rattlers go into the bout with a 8-7 record after their 39-16 non-league win over Castle Park (Chula Vista, CA).
